Materials We Use
As a sustainable food packaging supplies business our products are manufactured from reusable materials. The material used in our packaging products are derived from plants and not fossil fuels. Using our packaging you are minimising the impact that your food packaging has on the environment.
If our products end up in a compost facility they will compost in as little as three months.
PLA is derived from corn starch, tapioca roots or sugarcane. Fully biodegradable PLA behaves like a traditional plastic yet will fully degrade into water, carbon dioxide and organic material when composted.
